Leafing through the supplements today, we see that the BBC’s ‘oh look at me I love physics’ Brian Cox is all over the TV this weekend with a new science show. Looking good Brian. You can catch him live as one of Robin Ince’s co-stars at the beautifully epic St. Leonard’s Church this Thursday 11 March.

We’re delighted today to announce a couple of secret guests we’ve been keeping figuratively under our hats.  Festival favourite Josie Long will now be marvelling at all the planets, er, marvels, and Toby Hadoke (above) will also be dropping by, with his signature brand of topical and political humour. He of Moths ate my Dr Who scarf fame will be talking about… Dr Who and space. This is alongside Rich Sandling’s rehearsed readings of wonky sci-fi, The Sound of Ladies singing songs of space and, of course, Robin Ince himself.

Usually we’re not ones to keep secrets, but we are pleased to announce there will be another secret guest, so get your tickets now and get guesing. Finally, and importantly, this event is bring your own booze. Drinking in church has never been this much fun!
